the best I have seen. I cannot really comment further without testing its local
URL insertion and images upload. I have seen enough to know that I like the

What really impresses me about BXE is its usability. See and
experience first hand the amazing solutions Popoon, Bitlib, and
Bitflux Editor are to the very complicated and difficult problem of
dynamic web publishing. You won't have to spend eternity figuring out
the code and functionality only to find out its not exactly what you
need, you can find out in 5 minutes, and chances are this software can
do exactly what you need and more.
